User Interface:
The TARQUIN GUI is a combination of a drop down menu with a simple textual interface.
The drop down menu is used to select the voxel for analysis from a series of pre-selected voxels.
To identify a voxel, the voxel number is typed in the text box.
Data to be analysed is entered in a spreadsheet like tabular form.
The software will automatically identify peaks with TE matching the total integration time.
The name of the peak or multiplets is then entered.
For example:

3
etc.
Each voxel has a peak or multiplets (range 0.2-2.0 ppm, limits can be specified)
After entering the name of the peak, click on the analysis button to begin the analysis.
Other details can be entered in the form.
Click on the « details » button to display the quantitation table for each peak, or « Browse » to open the details page, or browse to another voxel.
The TARQUIN GUI also has a tab which may be used to view the spectra from a selected voxel.
Once the analysis has begun, it can be controlled using the scroll bar in the right hand side of the GUI and can be stopped by clicking on the « STOP » button.
The scroll bar also displays a small window which indicates the progress of the analysis.
To display the results window, click on the « RESULTS » button.
These results can be saved to the hard drive or printed.
